Return policy

At Casa-Elegant, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition

  • All original tags must be attached

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging

Once your return is approved, you will receive return instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Worn, washed, or damaged items not caused by us

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
