Shipping policy
What is the delivery time?
The delivery time consists of two phases:
1. Processing Time
Within 1–3 business days after placing your order, it will be reviewed, approved, and packaged. Your order will then be prepared for shipment.
2. Shipping Time
Canada: 5–10 business days
Shipping is handled by Canada Post.
All shipping times exclude potential customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, delivery times may be longer.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the package.
Where is my package?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
You can track your order via the tracking page on our website by clicking “Track Your Order” in the main menu.
For logistical reasons, your order may be shipped in multiple parcels.
My tracking number is not working
It can take up to 5 business days for tracking information to be updated. If tracking still does not show any information after several days, please contact customer service.
